ORDER

The petitioners seek a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the third respondent not interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioners by considering their representation dated 22.09.2025. 2/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioners, an enquiry is pending and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
