ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not interfere in civil matter and to harass the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that a complaint was given by one Jebil Wilson against the petitioner stating that by encroaching the property, the petitioner is making constructions in the property.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the issue, a suit in O.S.No.310 of 2020 is pending before the I Additional Munsif Court, Nagercoil, which is stated to be pending.

4. Since already a civil suit is pending between the parties, let the second respondent advise the parties to work out remedy in the pending suit itself.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
