Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner is aged about 63 years. He got married to one Latha. Through the wedlock two daughters, namely, Ramya and Praveena were born. Ramya was born on 31.03.1995 and Praveena was born on 23.06.1996. Birth certificates were also issued. But their names 2/5

were not entered in the birth certificate. The petitioner now wants issuance of a revised birth certificate by incorporating the names of his daughters.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The third respondent is directed to enter the names of the writ petitioner's daughters in the register maintained by him and also issue revised certificate as sought for by the writ petitioner in his representation dated 23.09.2025. This shall be done immediately and without delay. 4.This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly.
