ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction, directing the Respondent No.1 and 2 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated on 02.12.2023 and provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner with accordance with law.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.255 of 2023. In the enquiry it is found that the issue between the parties is civil in nature, who are brother and sister.

3. In view of the above submission, let the representation made by the petitioner be enquired and closed advising the parties to settle the issue among themselves. There is no question of providing police protection to the brother from the sister.
