ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein to not to harass the Petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the Respondent No.4.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Ramalakshmi, enquiry was conducted. During enquiry, it is stated that one Mahesh has transferred a sum of Rs.1.25 Lakhs to the petitioner through GPay. Only for that purpose, he was called for enquiry. Action has been initiated against the Sub Inspector of Police namely Sathish Kumar for abduction of Mahesh.

3. Whatever it may be, when there is an indication of misappropriation that some amount was transferred to the account of the petitioner, he has to necessarily appear before the respondent and cooperate for the investigation process. If any trouble arises during the 2/4

course of investigation, the petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceeding. There is no question of harassment.

4. With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 07.12.2023 NCC :
