2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that instead of Sections 296(b), 118(2), 351(3) and 49 of BNS r/w 3(5) of BNS, it has been wrongly mentioned as Sections 49, 61(2), 118(2) and 109 of BNS.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission, Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy.
