ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Ticket Checking Inspector who has attained superannuation on 31.03.2017.

2. According to the writ petitioner, after his retirement, the trade union and the management have entered into a settlement under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Dispute Act on 04.01.2018 conferring the benefits from 01.09.2016. Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has sent a representation on 11.03.2020. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
