respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.03.2023 and consequently pass an order to fix his salary as per the Finance (Pay Cell) Department, G.O.Ms.No.234, dated 01.06.2009 in the Table No.6 contain, Stage in the existing scale 3370, Dearness Pay 1685, D.A.as on 01.01.2005 (24%) 1213, Total 6258, pay in the pay band 6270, Grade Pay 2000, Revised Basic Pay 8270 forthwith pay the arrears amount from the date of appointment (12.11.2010).

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Deputy Sales Tax Officer working in the 4th respondent office seeking a direction as against the 1st respondent for disposal of his representation.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has sent a representation on 31.03.2023 seeking to refix his salary after rectifying the pay anomaly. The said representation is pending before the 1st respondent herein. So far no orders have been passed.

3. In case, if the 1st respondent has received such a representation, the same shall be disposed off within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
