ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to to transfer the investigation in the case in Crime No.196/2023 from 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent.

2.It is a issue between the family members. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, investigation is underway. Because of the close relationship between the parties no arrest was effected. Perusal of CD file shows that investigation is almost completed by recording the statement of the witnesses. Wound certificate has to be collected.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that within the time stipulated by this Court final order will be filed. 4.Considering the above said development, I find absolutely, no reason to entertain this petition to transfer the investigation. Let the above said investigation be completed by the respondent police within a 2/4

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the final report shall be filed before the concerned Court. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
