ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to pay the deducted eligible sum of Rs.14,96,600/- from the withheld amount for the works completed in the year 2013-2014, 2017-2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 02.08.2025, for paying the eligible sum of Rs.14,96,600/- from the withheld amount for the works completed in the year 2013-2014, 2017-2018. However, he would submit that since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that on considering the representation of the petitioner, necessary orders would 2/4

be passed by the respondent.

Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
