O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. It the contention of the petitioner that she has submitted an application before the first respondent on 15.09.2025 seeking cancellation of power of providing OTP to Anthonyammal, who was elected as the Vice President of the petitioner's panchayat, since the said Anthonyammal is acting against the smooth function of the petitioner's panchayat and refusing to share the OTP. It is stated that the OTP which corresponding to the number of the said Anthonyammal is also required for operating the accounts. As the said representation was not considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with

law and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from today (i.e., 13.10.2025), after hearing the petitioner as well the said Antonyammal.
