ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the petition mentioned land. The petitioner claims to have purchased the same way back in the year 1989.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate drew my attention to the relevant entry. In the revenue record, 'A' register entry indicates that Survey No.291/1, 2 &3 stands in the name of 'fs;sh; klk;'. I fail to understand as to how such endowed property could have been sold. Therefore, I am not in a position to grant relief as prayed for.
