ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Motor Operator, who was working in the third respondent Town Panchayat seeking a Mandamus to consider his representations for regularisation of his services on par with other employees, who were appointed on 07.08.2006.

2. The petitioner herein has given a representation to the third respondent on 11.02.2020 and the same has also been acknowledged by him. Another representation has been addressed by the petitioner to the same respondent on 27.01.2021. It is the request of the petitioner that the third respondent has to forward the same to the first respondent for passing appropriate orders.

3. Considering the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the request of the writ petitioner and if he finds appropriate, forward it to the first respondent within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
