O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to trace out the Sale Deeds in Document No. 1/4

891/2005 or to issue Non-Traceable Certificate regarding the missed Sale Deeds.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given an online complaint dated 04.06.2022 before the respondent for missing of his Doc.No.891/2005 registered at the office of the Kattupudhur Sub-Registrar Office, Trichirapalli District, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has also sent a representation to the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2022 is pending.

5. Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.
