ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no appearance for the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that in the present case, the first respondent has already conducted enquiry with regard to the alleged misappropriation of funds and with regard to the allotment of plots under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana - Gramain scheme and so only, the petitioner is not showing any interest to prosecute the matter.
3. In view of the above submissions and in view of the fact that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
