ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a pensioner seeking a Mandamus directing the respondent to permit him to operate his pension 1/4

account from a different Bank.

2. On instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent brought to the notice of the Court, a letter dated 02.04.2013 from the Pension Department to the effect that certain documents have to be placed before the District Treasury Officer for shifting of the pension account from one Bank to the other Bank.

3. Therefore, the writ petitioner is directed to approach the respondent herein along with the documents as per letter, dated 02.04.2013. As and when the petitioner approaches the respondent, he shall dispose of the said request within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of such request, if it is in order as per the letter, dated 02.04.2013.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
