Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to release the petitioner's original parent document forthwith and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue communication to the 4th respondent to remove/delete the illegal entry made with respect to the property situated at RS.No.14/1, Silaman village, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner had directly settled the claims of the first respondent federation. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to hand over the petition mentioned title document directly to the third respondent. The third respondent will issue notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and in the presence of the fifth respondent, hand over the document to the petitioner. The first respondent shall comply with this order within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall comply with the 2/4

order of this Court within a period of four weeks thereafter. The fifth respondent shall issue the discharge receipt to the petitioner. The petitioner can also get the same registered before the registering authority.
