PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent by his proceedings in Say.Mu.Na.Ka.No.8678/2023/Aa1, dated 15.05.2023, appointing Respondents 4 to 6 as non-hereditary trustees for Arulmigu Pattalamman and Muthiahswamy temple, Melmangalam, Theni District, and quash the same as illegal and consequently appointing the petitioner and his brothers as hereditary trustees for the above said temple. ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order of second respondent, dated 07.03.2024, passed in O.A.No.18 of 2021. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
