ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to accept the cause title insofar as the respondents 1 to 5 and 7 on the ground that their full names have not been mentioned in the Second Appeal in S.A.No.1205 of 2003.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 7 has no serious objection in allowing the petition.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed.
4. List the matter on 19.12.2025.
