To set aside the order passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.1228 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025 and permit the petitioner to release her on temporary bail for a specific period for furnishing the sureties, enabling the petitioner to comply with the conditions in terms of her bail application in CRL MP.No.814 of 2024.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.1228 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025 and to permit the petitioner to release her on temporary bail for a specific period for furnishing the sureties, enabling the petitioner to comply with the conditions in terms of her bail

application in CRL MP.No.814 of 2024 dated 06.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner prays for modification of the condition imposed by the Trial Court in CRL MP.No.814 of 2024 dated 06.06.2025.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Trial Court against the petitioner in CRL MP.No.814 of 2024 dated 06.06.2025.

4.Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL MP.No. 814 of 2024 dated 06.06.2025, on the file of the Trial Court, ie., "with condition that the petitioner / accused is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur," is modified as under:

"with condition that the petitioner / accused is ordered to be released on bail on her executing own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur or the Superintendent of the Jail concerned,"

The other conditions imposed by the Trial Court are confirmed.

6.With the above said observations, the criminal original petition is allowed and the impugned order passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.1228 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025, is set aside to the extent stated above. 28-11-2025 Tmg To
