This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash C.C.No.41 of 2011, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Trichy.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that at the instigation of the elders of their family, the matter was settled amicably between the petitioners and the second respondent, out of Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for
the first respondent, who have also conceded the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent has filed a counter affidavit to that effect.
4. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel on both side and also in view of the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent, which was duly signed by herself and her counsel, stating that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties out of Court, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. The counter affidavit filed by the second respondent shall form part of the order.
