2. In the order, dated 09.10.2025, in the paragraph No.2, 1st line, the words "petitioner misappropriated" is substituted with the following words "petitioner's sister misappropriated". In paragraph No.6, clauses (b) and (c) are substituted with the following :

"[b]the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.2 lakhs/- within a period of one week and thereafter Rs.1 lakh/- within a period of one month therefrom and thereafter Rs.1 lakh/- within a period of one month therefrom to the credit of crime number and thereafter the same shall be deposited in anyone of the nationalised bank in interest accruing deposit. [c] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copies to the parties.
