PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceeding in reference : Commercial dated 17.11.2023 in so far as the petitioner's transfer alone is concerned and consequential impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Ref:Admin/P2/238-9, dated 22.11.2023 and consequential relieving order passed by the 4th respondent vide his proceedings Reference : Branch Theni/18/24.11.23 No.Spl. Dated 24.11.2023 and quash the same as illegal.

The instant writ petition has been filed by a conductor working in the Madurai Region on deputation basis. This Court by an order dated 06.11.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.23127of 2022 has confirmed the order of repatriation of the writ petitioner back to the Coimbatore Division.
2. Therefore, the order of transfer of the writ petitioner from Theni to Lower camp is without jurisdiction and therefore the order is set aside. 2/4
