This petition is filed to call for the records in respect of the FIR, in Crime No.620 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the 1st respondent, after completing the investigation, closed the case as "Action Dropped" as against the petitioner.
