ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner challenges the impugned demand calling upon him to pay property tax. The petitioner comes forward to pay a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs within a period of two weeks.

3.In view of the aforesaid contentions, the impugned demand is quashed. The matter is remitted to the file of the respondents to pass a fresh order in accordance with law.
