ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.597 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.597 of 2018, the first respondent has filed the final report as "further action dropped" before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
