ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Staff Nurse working in the Government Hospital, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District, from 28.02.2023 onwards.

2. Explaining her medical ailments and her family circumstances, the petitioner has sent a representation to all the respondents on 01.11.2023 to accommodate her in any one of the Hospitals in Theni Medical College Hospital or Dindigul Medical College Hospital or Madurai Government Rajaji Hospital.

3. Today, the petitioner has addressed another representation to the second respondent herein requesting him to consider her request to be 2/5

posted on deputation basis in any one of the hospitals mentioned in the representation.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider both the representations of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above said observations, this Writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
