PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his life and limb.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 08.12.2023, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to vacate the premises and sought for some time. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that the petitioner has vacated the property. The articles belonging to the petitioner was kept in a separate room which is available and that the petitioner can come and take those articles.
