ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that a case in Crime No.282 of 2023 was registered against the son of the petitioner. Now he is absconding. To enquire about the whereabouts of the petitioner's son, enquiry is undertaken.

3. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's daughter's marriage is scheduled to be held on 10.12.2023.

4. It is the duty of the petitioner to appear before the respondent on receipt of summons and share the information and co-operate to complete the investigation. Absolutely, there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent.

5. I find no reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
