This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.8 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that the investigation has already been completed, final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.1278 of 2022.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending this application, the defacto complainant and the petitioner had amicably resolved their issue.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, on the ground of compromise, if it is otherwise applicable.
