ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to perform Aadal Padal Program on 30.09.2025 on the eve of Arulmigu Sri Ammachiyamman and Sri Manthaiyamman Temple festival by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation would be favourably considered in terms of the Circular issued by the Director General of Police in Rc.007301/Genl.I(1)/2019 dated 09.04.2019 and the order passed thereon would be communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass suitable orders in 2/4
