This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime no.65/2021 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent and further direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and further action was dropped.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition 2/4

stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. 21.04.2026 apd To
