ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] When the matter was taken up, it came to light that certain material particulars, particularly relating to Crime No.1359 of 2022 referred to in paragraph 5, are not available. 2.Faced with the situation, Mr.R.Prasanna, learned counsel on record for petitioner in 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of brevity] sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned HCP but made a plea to preserve the rights and contentions of HCP petitioner and/or anyone concerned for 'petitioner's daughter' [hereinafter 'absentee' for the sake of convenience] to come to Court again with same/similar relief.
3.Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: 2/5
4.In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned HCP is disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving the rights and contentions of HCP petitioner and/or anyone concerned for absentee to come up with similar/same prayer but with better and complete particulars.
