ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the case in Na.Ka.B5 7614/2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties including the private respondents herein will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
