Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction to the respondent to take effective action under Section 102 of Cr.P.C to seize all the properties held by the accused, on the basis of the records furnished by the petitioner and bring those properties to the custody of the Trial Court in Cr.No.06/2007 on the file of the learned J.M.No.I, Madurai, in order to avoid the alienation of the said property pending disposal of the investigation and trial in the above case.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent to take effective action under Section https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
102 of Cr.P.C to seize all the properties held by the accused, on the basis of the records furnished by the petitioner and bring those properties to the custody of the trial Court in Cr.No.06/2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that after filing the criminal original petition, the law enforcing agency completed the investigation and seized all the properties and filed a charge sheet along with material object before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I which was taken as C.C.No.73 of 2011.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the criminal original petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned Court in accordance with law.
