The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 in C.C.No.240 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur. The petitioners filed this application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the entire proceedings of the above case.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that the above said case in C.C.No.240 of 2012 was disposed of on 23.05.2014 itself, for which he produced the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of the judgment pronounced by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
