O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 16.12.2024 passed in W.P(MD) No.23746 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 submitted that the order of this Court dated 16.12.2024 has been complied with by the District Collector, Karur, vide proceedings in A1/6015/2024, dated 24.09.2025.

3.Recording the same, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition and the same stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 24.09.2025., liberty is granted to challenge the same in accordance with law.
