This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal 1/4
District Court, Theni, to dispose of the above suit in O.S.No. 206 of 2022 on his file as expeditiously as possible and with in the time fixed by this Court.
2. Expressing grievance over the long pendency of the suit without any progress in O.S.No.206 of 2022 before the trial Court and stating that some of the respondents are senior citizen, this civil revision petition is filed.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, to dispose of the above said suit by following the ROC.No.3793A/ 2010/B5/Statistics.
4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
