2 W.P.(MD)NO.29429 OF 2023 Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to withdraw the look out circular issued against the petitioner by considering the letter dated 26.10.2023 issued by the fourth respondent and consequently permit him to travel abroad, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The look out circular was issued against the petitioner in view of his involvement in a criminal case. It is now brought to my notice that the criminal case was quashed vide order dated 18.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5509 of 2023. This submission made by the petitioner's counsel is not disputed by the learned Government Advocate.

3. In this view of the matter, the look out circular issued against the petitioner shall be withdrawn by the first respondent. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
