This petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.6 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the case in Crime No.6 of 2011 has already been transferred to the All Women Police Station, Valliyoor, on 07.10.2011.
3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
