O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action as against respondents No.3 and 4 on the basis petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2023 made to the respondents No. 1 and 2.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.625 of 2023. Similarly, counter party also given a complaint, that was also enquired in CSR No.623 of 2023.

3. Let the above said enquiry be completed by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties by following proper procedure within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
