Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAJA MOHAMED.B.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 600 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner undertakes to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards arrears of maintenance passed in M.C.No.66 of 2020, by the Family Court, Thoothukudi, dated 05.01.2022. Hence, he seeks to condone the delay of 600 days in filing the above Criminal Revision. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the petitioner undertakes to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-, out of total maintenance arrears, the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) towards portion of arrears of maintenance to the credit of M.C.No.66 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi, on or before 26.04.2024, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
