ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the the Learned Fast Track Court No.I(JM Level), Madurai, to dispose the case in STC.No.67 of 2023 pending on the file of the Learned Fast Track Court No.I, (JM Level) Madurai within a time frame that may be fixed by this 1/4

Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in the S.T.C.No.67 of 2023. He gave a complaint before the trial Court against the accused person, for the offence punishable under Sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the offence is of the year 2022, so far no progress is made in the trial process.

3.Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.I), Madurai, to expedite the trial process and dispose of the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
