2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the course of investigation, involvement of the petitioner was not noticed. So, the petitioner's name was deleted from the arrayed accused in the Charge Sheet.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
