ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 4, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 5. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents 7 to 9 is dispensed with. 2.The writ petitioner alleges that the private respondents are illegally running a lathe and a saw mill. According to him, their activities constitute noise pollution.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader states that in this regard notices have already been issued to the private respondents and that enquiry is being conducted and final will be passed as expeditiously as possible.

4.Recording the stand of the official respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
