This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct necessary enquiry and take appropriate action against the 4th respondent herein based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.10.2023.

2. It is a business transaction issue between the petitioner and the private respondent herein, over which, a complaint was given by the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that the above said complaint is pending in enquiry stage.

4. Since it is a business transaction issue between the parties, the above said complaint shall be closed, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
