ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to Crime No.213 of 2009 dated 14.10.2009, on the file of the second respondent, Inspector of Police, Kariapattinam Police Station, Nagapattinam District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

3. Reading of the complaint leading to registration of the case in Crime No.213 of 2009 for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 188,324, 332, 153(A)(2) of I.P.C and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, 2003 r/w Section 3(1) (XIV) of SC/St Act, informs of an attack on communal lines.

4. Since prima facie case stands made out against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition shall stand closed.
