ORDER
The District Collector, Thoothukudi, is suo motu impleaded as ninth respondent in this petition as he is the authority, who has to consider the representation of the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents Nos.1 to 7 to stop installation of High Tension Electric Pole and High Tension Electric Tower on the petitioner's land comprised in S.Nos. 611B, 611/1A1, 611/2 situated at Ottapidaram Village, Thoothukudi District for passing the over head high tension electric cables for transiting generated electricity from the Solar Power Panel operated by the 8th respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025.
3. Heard Mr.S.Baskar Mathuram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 7 and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned 3/7
Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the newly impleaded respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the eighth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.
4. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

It is contention of the petitioner that he has submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 6 on 06.09.2025 seeking to stop installation of High Tension Electric Pole and High Tension Electric Tower on his land comprised in S.Nos.611B, 611/1A1, 611/2 situated at Ottapidaram Village, Thoothukudi District, for passing the over head high tension electric cables for transiting generated electricity from the solar power panel operated by the eighth respondent and the same has not been considered so far. Hence, he is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. It is also contended that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate order thereon.
6. Considering the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the District 4/7
Collector, Thoothukudi/ 9th respondent herein, who is the authority to consider the petitioner's representation. On receipt of such representation, the ninth respondent shall consider and dispose of the same on merits, within a period of two months thereafter.
