This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.2425 of 2020, dated 06.12.2022 has not been complied with.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/ condemner submits that as against the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.2425 of 2020, a writ appeal in WA(MD) No. 80 of 2024 has been filed and it was dismissed. Challenging the same, they have filed Special Leave Petition in SLP No.9188 of 2024 before the Honourable Supreme Court and the Honourable Supreme Court has also entertained the same and granted an order of interim stay on 29.04.2024.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General that the issue has already been seized of by the Honourable Supreme Court, this contempt petition is closed.
