Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner questions the impugned show cause notice dated 29.11.2023 issued by the fourth respondent on the grounds set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. As rightly pointed out by the learned Deputy Solicitor General, at this stage I do not want to interfere.
3. The petitioner can very well offer an appropriate response. The petitioner is given seven more days from today to offer his response. After the final order is passed, if the petitioner is still having any grievance, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court again for relief. Granting such liberty of extension of time and leaving open as regards the contention of the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
